焦(jiao)(jiao)爐(lu)(lu)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)道氣脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)脫(tuo)(tuo)硝(xiao)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)主(zhu)要(yao)是為了降低煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)氮氧化(hua)物、SO2及顆粒(li)物含量,使煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣排放(fang)達到國家(jia)及地方相關標(biao)準。焦(jiao)(jiao)爐(lu)(lu)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)道氣脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)脫(tuo)(tuo)硝(xiao)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)主(zhu)要(yao)由煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣系統、脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)單(dan)元、脫(tuo)(tuo)硝(xiao)單(dan)元、風(feng)機機組(zu)、氨(an)(an)分(fen)解(jie)單(dan)元以及氨(an)(an)水站等組(zu)成。從(cong)焦(jiao)(jiao)爐(lu)(lu)總煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)道引出煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣,通過氨(an)(an)噴射器(qi)(qi),氨(an)(an)噴射器(qi)(qi)對濃(nong)氨(an)(an)水進(jin)行霧(wu)(wu)化(hua)并(bing)噴入煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣管道內(nei)(nei),混有NH3的(de)(de)(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣通過脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)器(qi)(qi),并(bing)在(zai)脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)催(cui)化(hua)劑作用下與(yu)SO2進(jin)行反應生(sheng)成硫(liu)酸(suan)銨,脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣通過管道送(song)(song)往(wang)脫(tuo)(tuo)硝(xiao)SCR反應器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)。濃(nong)氨(an)(an)水經(jing)(jing)過噴霧(wu)(wu)分(fen)布(bu)器(qi)(qi)霧(wu)(wu)化(hua)后(hou)(hou)輸送(song)(song)至SCR反應器(qi)(qi)。煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)NOx在(zai)脫(tuo)(tuo)硝(xiao)催(cui)化(hua)劑的(de)(de)(de)作用下,與(yu)氨(an)(an)發(fa)生(sheng)反應生(sheng)成N2和H2O。凈化(hua)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣送(song)(song)往(wang)廠區原有余(yu)熱(re)鍋爐(lu)(lu)單(dan)元。為保證(zheng)排放(fang)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)氨(an)(an)含量達到排放(fang)標(biao)準及規范,在(zai)余(yu)熱(re)鍋爐(lu)(lu)單(dan)元后(hou)(hou)設置氨(an)(an)分(fen)解(jie)器(qi)(qi),內(nei)(nei)部填加氨(an)(an)分(fen)解(jie)催(cui)化(hua)劑,將過量的(de)(de)(de)NH3分(fen)解(jie)為N2和H2O,凈化(hua)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)氣經(jing)(jing)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)囪排放(fang)。
